Refund and Exchange Policy

Echelon Home Theater and Security wants you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. We will gladly replace and exchange, your online purchase, other than items designated as “on sale,” within 15 days in new condition with all tags attached. Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase.
 
To return items purchased online, simply send your items along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
